Motivation – be sure it’s self-motivated, not external
Attainable – make sure it’s within reach. We’re talking days, not months
Controllable – you have to be able to control the goal. Weight loss is not a controllable goal, it’s a potential result of a healthier-living goal
Enjoyable – if you don’t enjoy the process, you wont reach your goal
